HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?
Once you find the product you're looking for, click on the products image, and it will bring up a box. Here you can customize your product and choose different features. Once you've done this, click "Add to cart". Then the screen will go away. Now you've dont that, you can click the 'Shopping cart' button located at the top left of every page. Once your here, you have a final view of what you're purchasing, you can add coupons if you have any, and then simply click Check Out. You will be located to PayPal to continue with the order application.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
All payments are final and can only be changed by a coupon code. For example, 'ZERO' which will give you £5 off. Shipping within the UK is free of charge, however this may change. If it does, we will give everyone a notice when adding items to cart.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We will send customers a picture of a prototype design before sending the official product. This is to make sure customers are satisfied with the product. If the customer does not reply to this, we will send out the official product and you will be given a 14 day money back guaranteed. This is to make sure you are happy with the product, and if you're not you will get a complete refund once we receive the product back as base.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER THROUGH THE PHONE?
You can phone our staff from 9 AM to 5 PM every day to order something online. The staff member you are talking to will ask you some questions and once we have got everything we need, we will start working on your product. Phone calls should take no more then 10 miutes and cost the standard amount.
