If you send us your console and we can customize it for you. Customization of a console takes care and time, but we promise to be as quick as possible, and make sure it's in the best condition before sending it back to you.
If you send us a faulty console, we can not fix it. That's not what we are doing here, we are just making it look a lot nicer. So if you send us a Xbox One with a crack in the case, the crack will still be their, unless you choose the premium package, in which case, we will fit a new case.
We can customize the console however you want it to be customized. If you want a cool logo on it or your name, then tell us! (Please send us the logos design through email first)
We will be emailing you every step of the way and will always ask you if we want to modify anything if we think it will look a lot better.

This includes a simple console respray of the customers choice. No scratches will be fixed and not cracks will be removed. This is only a console respray. If you buy it new, it will be delivered with no faults.
